Which ceramic material do you use?
The ceramic body we use is bone china. The bone china is slip cast in plaster moulds to produce the batches of products. Bone china has a beautiful translucent quality when lit.
What is the colour of the ceramic?
The ceramic is pure white when unlit but the colour changes to a beautiful soft cream when lit. It has a beautiful translucent quality when lit.
Which light bulbs do you recommend?
Our pendants require an E14 screw bulb, which is a standard European fitting. We recommend the use of LED light bulbs and not halogen for our products.
It is especially important to use LED light bulbs in our Cluster Lights as they have a cool running temperature.
Is it easy have the flex longer or shorter?
It is very simple to cut the flex on our pendant lights shorter if you need to. If you require a longer length simply order your light online and complete the customise form on checkout. There is no extra cost.
The length on the Cluster light cannot be altered after assembly. We can make the Cluster lights to different lengths.
How does the ceiling rose attach to the ceiling?
Our ceiling roses will cover your existing standard plastic ceiling rose. They have a grub screw on the side to grip to the flex for fixing.
Can I customise my light?
Yes, it is really fun to customise and there is no extra cost!
You can swap out the ceiling rose designs, the flex colours and the length as well. We can also swap out printed colour of some of the lights.
